Jared Murphy of C.O.B.R.A. joins us again, and this time he invites all ages to join. His program comes from many years of study and training' along with a dose or two of common sense' to create the ultimate in child safety & self defense.

Skills learned in the C.O.B.R.A.™ self-defense program are to be used in real life situations and were developed to be extremely effective in real life.

If the weather is nice, he will take us outside to do a vehicle anti-abduction which he says, “the kids really like”.
